As our on-site Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations—coordinating teams, solving problems in real time, and ensuring every phase of the project is executed with precision.
You will:
- Lead from the field by overseeing day-to-day construction activity and subcontractor performance
- Keep projects on track by managing schedules, sequencing work, and addressing delays early
- Deliver consistent quality by ensuring all work aligns with plans, specifications, and company standards
- Communicate clearly by providing updates, tracking changes, and documenting progress
- Maintain a safe and organized jobsite by enforcing safety protocols and compliance requirements
- Collaborate across the team to support efficient project execution
- Contribute to the overall customer experience by ensuring the finished product reflects attention to detail
- 3–5 years of construction experience, including field leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Working knowledge of safety standards and building codes
- Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
