We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager based in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This is an on-site position requiring the candidate to operate within the assigned territory to manage accounts, develop relationships, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for account-specific matters, building strong customer relationships, and acquiring new customers within the Wilkes-Barre territory.
- Identify opportunities to expand product sales with existing customers and develop new accounts within the region's industry.
- Demonstrate product offerings to customers using various resources.
- Prepare sales contracts, coordinate with departments, and utilize CRM software to plan and document sales efforts.
- Stay updated on products and technologies, attend industry events, and participate in sales planning activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, report competitive conditions, and inform customers of company policies.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to changes and handle assigned tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of sales experience in the residential industry
- Extensive product knowledge of relevant products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare and conduct presentations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
