What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Maintenance Technician position at Fromm Family Foods?
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary: The Maintenance Technician will support
production/quality of product produced by ensuring the efficient
operating of packaging and conveyer equipment through daily maintenance
and preventative maintenance. Hours: 1st shift is from 6:00 am to 4:00
pm OT is about 10 hours a week consistently, and is typically worked
after the shift ends Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list of

necessary from time to time. Complete preventive maintenance
requirement(s) on motors, gearboxes, conveying systems, packaging, and
various other production equipment. Troubleshoot various mechanical
devices, visually and listening to determine the source of problem.
Fabricate materials using shop tools (i.e.: welder, brake, plasma,
lathe, and other various tools). Follow all safety requirements inside
and outside of the plant. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Perform other related duties as requested or assigned. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/or Experience: 1-2 years
Industrial Maintenance Experience Electrical experience a plus Proven
strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to read /
comprehend diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturing
instructions for equipment and building. Ability to operate boom lift,
forklifts, skid-steer, hoists, come-along tools, and an assortment of
powered hand tools. Able to determine system capacity and sizing of
parts using various tools (i.e.: caliber, micrometer, tachometer, and
other measuring instruments). Physical Requirements: The physical
demands described here are representative of those that must be met by
an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
