About the Opportunity
From the Top is looking for a driven and creative Brand & Marketing Intern to support our team this spring. This role offers hands-on experience inside a growing retail brand, with exposure to marketing strategy, content creation, and community-based initiatives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll help with:
- Assisting in the planning and rollout of seasonal promotions, campaigns, and photoshoots
- Supporting brand ambassador and influencer relationships
- Contributing to social media content, digital marketing, and e-commerce initiatives
- Collaborating with local dance studios, gyms, and community partners
- Helping elevate in-store visuals, merchandising, and brand storytelling
- Practical experience in retail marketing and brand execution
- Insight into small business operations and creative decision-making
- Opportunities to build portfolio-ready work
- Direct mentorship and meaningful involvement in live projects
- A student currently studying Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Creative, detail-oriented, and excited about branding and community engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work part-time in person, with flexibility around class schedules
