Are you outgoing, creative, and love helping people? We're looking for someone to join our team at From The Top, a specialty boutique offering trendy apparel and accessories for dancers, cheerleaders, and gymnasts.

About the Role:
This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys retail, social media, and customer interaction. You’ll help create a fun and energetic shopping environment while assisting with day-to-day store operations and on-the-floor marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right products and creating a positive in-store experience
• Support daily store operations like inventory restocking and merchandising
• Capture and share behind-the-scenes content for social media (don’t worry—we’ll help guide you!)
• Help with promotions, in-store events, and creative sales strategies
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills
• Confidence in engaging with customers in-store and online
• Interest in learning about our products (dance, cheer, gymnastics)—no experience required!
• Comfortable using Instagram, or other social platforms for casual content
• Weekend and evening availability

Bonus if You Have:

• Retail or customer service experience
• A knack for social media, content creation, or visual merchandising
