We are currently hiring for a part time behavioral specialist for multiple cases in Delaware & Chester Counties .
Client A: Male, in Chester County 6 hours a week
Client B: Male, in Delaware County 4 hours a week
Client C: Male, in Chester County 3 hours a week
Client D: Female, Montgomery County 3.5 hrs a week
Prospective employees with Master degree will be paid $45/hr
Prospective employees with Bachelors degree will be paid at $35/hr
This job requires you to use you're own vehicle which must be insured.
$200 Bonus if trainings are complete within 3 days of job offer (paid in 1st check)

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Support Specialist to provide specialized support across multiple cases. This role involves working closely with individuals requiring behavioral interventions, mental health support, and therapeutic services. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans based on client needs and goals
- Provide direct support to clients with diverse behavioral challenges, ensuring safety and well-being
- Utilize art therapy techniques to facilitate emotional expression and coping skills when appropriate
- Apply knowledge of psychopharmacology to understand medication effects and collaborate with healthcare providers as needed
- Offer gender issues counseling to address specific challenges related to gender identity and expression
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, medical professionals, and family members, to coordinate care
- Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies, coping mechanisms, and available resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field; relevant certifications preferred
- Experience working with individuals requiring behavioral support or mental health services
- Knowledge of art therapy techniques and their application in behavioral interventions is a plus
- Familiarity with psychopharmacology principles relevant to mental health treatment
- Ability to address gender issues sensitively and effectively within therapeutic contexts
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and educating clients' families
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in behavioral health practices
