Seeking a dependable and compassionate bilingual caregiver (English/Spanish) to assist a teenage participant in their home.

We are looking for a reliable Bilingual Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide supervision, assistance, and companionship for a teenager in West Columbia, SC.

What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Assist with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene)
- Help with daily routines and activities at home
- Encourage independence and positive engagement
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide transportation to appointments or outings if needed
- Follow the care plan and document visits in our mobile app (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- At least 1 year of caregiving or PCA experience required
- Experience working with children or teens preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- South Carolina residency required
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
