From The Heart Home Care is hiring immediately for a CNA for a client assignment in Spartanburg, SC.
This client requires care 7 DAYS A WEEK — Monday through Sunday. We are looking for a dependable, experienced CNA who is comfortable providing hands-on care and understands the importance of consistent attendance.
Applicants who can cover the full weekly schedule are strongly encouraged to apply. We will also consider qualified CNAs who can consistently commit to a portion of the weekly schedule.
Schedule
CARE IS NEEDED 7 DAYS A WEEK

- Sunday
Specific daily shift times will be discussed during the interview process.

Client Care & Responsibilities
- Hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Toileting and incontinence care as needed
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Repositioning and safety assistance as needed
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship and one-on-one support
- Assistance with established daily routines
- Follow the client's individual plan of care
- Observe and report changes or concerns to the appropriate office staff
- Complete required visit documentation
What We're Looking For
- CNA REQUIRED FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT
- Professional hands-on caregiving experience
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and ADLs
- Dependability and consistent attendance are REQUIRED
- Caring, compassionate, patient, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Must have your own reliable personal vehicle
- Uber, Lyft, taxis, and other rideshare services do not qualify
- Must be able to reliably commute to Spartanburg, SC
- MUST BE A CURRENT SOUTH CAROLINA RESIDENT
- Ability to pass required background screening
