General Laborer

From the Heart Cabinetry is looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Shop Hand. This position plays an important role in keeping our shop organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Receive deliveries and manage incoming inventory

Organize and maintain shop inventory

General shop maintenance (cleaning, organizing, setting up workstations)

Assist with cabinet assembly and installation

Help maintain company vehicles (cleaning and basic upkeep)

Perform outdoor tasks such as mowing and snow plowing as needed

Requirements
Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Dependable and punctual

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and take direction

Willingness to seek support and ask for assistance/direction

Preferred (but not required)
Experience with tools, construction, or cabinetry

Forklift or shop experience
