Position Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests entering our dispensary. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and secure environment while supporting front desk operations and compliance procedures. Youll work closely with retail staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Warmly greet patients and customers upon arrival

Verify identification and medical cards in compliance with Missouri cannabis regulations

Manage check-in procedures and maintain accurate visitor logs

Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently

Monitor lobby activity and maintain a clean, organized reception area

Assist with appointment scheduling and queue management

Support dispensary staff with administrative tasks as needed

Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and company policies
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
