Location: From The Earth – Westside

Schedule: Nights and weekends- Sunday and Monday availability required

Position Summary: The Product Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, educating guests on cannabis products, and supporting retail operations during peak hours. This full-time role focuses on evening and weekend coverage at our Brookside Kansas City location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service to all guests

• Educate customers on product offerings, consumption methods, and responsible use

• Assist customers in selecting products based on individual needs and preferences

• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently

• Maintain organized and compliant inventory on the sales floor

• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld throughout the dispensary

• Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility in Missouri

• Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred

• Cannabis product knowledge is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
