Location: St. Joseph, MO
Schedule: Thursday - Monday 12:00pm to 8pm; Tuesday - Wednesday off

Position Summary: As a Product Specialist, youll serve as a trusted resource for our guests, guiding them through our diverse cannabis offerings with confidence and clarity. Youll translate curiosity into connection and help foster an inviting, informative environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and personalized service to all customers

Stay current on product inventory, new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends

Educate customers on cannabis strains, products, effects, consumption methods, and responsible usage

Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations during each transaction

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back-of-house areas

Assist with restocking, merchandising, and product labeling as needed

Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and top-tier service
Qualifications:

Minimum 21 years of age

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
