Schedule: Friday: 6pm-midnight Saturday: 4pm- midnight, Sunday: 4-10:30pm, Tuesday 5-10:30pm

Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our Stateline team for evening shifts. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoy engaging with customers, and have a strong understanding of cannabis products.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through product selection based on their preferences and needs

Educate customers on product details, usage, effects, and compliance guidelines

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Ensure the retail space remains clean, organized, and stocked

Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the shopping experience
Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry preferred
