Position Summary:The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests entering our dispensary. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and secure environment while supporting front desk operations and compliance procedures. You’ll work closely with retail staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:Warmly greet patients and customers upon arrival
Verify identification and medical cards in compliance with Missouri cannabis regulations
Manage check-in procedures and maintain accurate visitor logs
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
Monitor lobby activity and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Assist with appointment scheduling and queue management
Support dispensary staff with administrative tasks as needed
Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and company policies
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with point-of-sale or patient management systems a plus
Professional demeanor and commitment to compliance
Must be at least 21 years of age
