Delivery Driver - Independence - Full Time

Location: From The Earth, Independence, MO

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr tips

Schedule: Saturday-Monday 10:00am-8:30pm Optional Shifts to achieve Full-Time status

Job Summary:

As a delivery driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely, safe, and accurate delivery of cannabis products to customers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport cannabis products to customers within designated delivery zones

• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring smooth handoffs

• Verify and document orders before delivery to ensure accuracy

• Adhere strictly to Missouri state regulations and company policies regarding cannabis transportation

• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle

• Keep detailed delivery logs and handle cash/card transactions when necessary

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and the store team to address any issues during deliveries

• Assist with in-store tasks during non-peak delivery hours, as required

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license

• Clean driving record and familiarity with the Kansas City area are preferred

• Excellent time-management and communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive items with care and discretion

• Previous experience in a delivery role or the cannabis industry is a plus but not required

• Must pass a background check as required by Missouri state law
