Frohnmayer, Deatherage is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member to assist a civil litigation attorney with a high-volume practice. The position provides an excellent opportunity to engage in substantive legal work and manage a busy trial practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage a busy calendar
- Track deadlines
- Provide administrative support to attorney
- Provide effective communication with clients
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery requests under the supervision of an attorney
- Manage and process incoming discovery, including electronic discovery
Desired Education/Work Experience/Skills
- AA or BA preferred
- 2 years of work experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a law firm , required
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with legal procedures and court system
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Sense of humor a must!
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
