Responsibilities
- Efficiently locate and pick items from inventory based on order specifications using handheld scanners or manual methods
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit, utilizing appropriate packing materials and techniques
- Prepare shipments by labeling packages correctly and organizing them for timely dispatch
- Conduct quality checks to verify order accuracy before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and improve workflow processes
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed to ensure stock accuracy
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods comfortably
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting
- Basic computer literacy for using inventory management systems or scanners, order management software, and shipping software.
