Froehlich's is currently hiring for a part-time or full-time Bakery Associate to provide excellent customer service while helping with packaging, pricing, and merchandising of our cakes, pies, bread, and other baked goods in the Three Oaks, MI area. This retail position earns a competitive wage of $12/hour, plus tips for a total earning potential of $16.26 per hour

DAY-TO-DAY
This barista position typically works Thursday to Sunday. Our bakery is closed Monday to Wednesday, so weekends are required. This position also works full-time during summers.
As a Bakery Associate, you join our front-of-the-house team and ensure our customers are taken care of! Our bakery has been open for 30 years, so we have a huge following and a lot of business! You help fulfill our customer orders and carefully package products. Utilizing your customer service skills, you also inform customers about our products and services by offering suggestions. As needed, you professionally handle any concerns or questions that may arise as well as assure the quality and freshness of our products. You also communicate over the phone, act as a barista, and perform cashier duties. You feel good about using your barista and retail skills to help our clients take home our delicious treats!
