What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
- Float across multiple departments and South Region locations
- Assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Adapt confidently to different patient populations and clinical environments
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and the patient experience
What You’ll Need
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or a multistate nursing license from a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
- Clinical competence in the care and management of acute care patients
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers—or an approved equivalent—within 90 days of hire
- At least 12 months of recent inpatient hospital nursing experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
BSN Education Requirement
Upon hire, a non-BSN nurse with less than one year of licensed RN experience must:
- Enroll in a BSN or higher nursing degree program
- Be accepted into a program within 15 months of hire
- Complete the program within five years of enrollment—or six years for an MSN, DNP, or PhD in Nursing
