Location: US:WI:SUSSEX at our CP-SUSSEX HEALTH CENTER facility.

Standard Hours: 0.01
Shift: Shift 1
Shift Details: OPT to cover PTO/LOA/support workload. Must be available from 5:30-9:30am as needed, additional hours may be available. Shifts will land M-F, no weekends.
Job Summary:
Responsible for creating and posting the staffing schedule based on guidelines for all patient care departments. Responsible for making staffing changes once the schedule is posted to assure appropriate department staffing levels. Approves staff PTO based on staffing schedule and tracks provider time out of the office. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Engages in an environment of continuous learning, embracing change and mastering competencies of new skills.
