Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomy Technician to join our team at CP-KEWASKUM HEALTH CENTER in Kewaskum, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a professional and compassionate manner. Responsibilities:
- Performing phlebotomy procedures according to established protocols.
- Collecting blood samples from patients using proper techniques and safety precautions.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and sample collection data.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program including clinicals with a minimum of 100 draws OR 6 months of related healthcare experience including direct patient contact.
- Phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory/phlebotomy setting, inpatient and/or outpatient draws.
