Shift: Shift 1
Shift Details: Looking for someone who can be flexible with their hours between Monday - Friday. Need to be available to open the clinic as early as 6:30am and stay until 6pm (5pm on Friday). Attempts will be made to accommodate a set schedule, but this is part time and helps to fill the gaps in the schedule. Most important, we need someone who can be flexible with their hours from week to week. Holidays: None Weekends: None
Job Summary:
The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for "front of house"/patient facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Special Skills Description
Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
