Job Summary:
Proactively engages in access management with visitors. Assists and directs customers, providing outstanding customer service. Uses computer database to direct customers to appropriate departments for appointments, procedures, and/or other business. Answers the multi-line desk telephone, responds to emails, and stay current on workplace. Floats to units to provide safety needs, flexible job duties such as discharge lounge and hospital entrances.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In Security Preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
