About the Role
We are seeking a full‑time Leasing Agent to join the onsite team at a 280‑unit apartment community in Longmont. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in follow‑through, and understands that great service is about building relationships, communication, and trust.
As a Leasing Agent, you are often the first impression of the community and a key part of the resident experience from first tour through move‑in.
What You’ll Do
The Leasing Agent is the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents and plays a critical role in maintaining strong occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting prospective residents in person, by phone, and online
- Conducting apartment tours and showcasing available homes and amenities
- Processing rental applications, lease paperwork, and renewals accurately and timely
- Coordinating move‑ins and move‑outs with residents and the onsite team
- Maintaining accurate records and activity reports in the property management system
- Responding promptly to emails, phone calls, and inquiries
- Providing consistent, professional customer service to residents and guests
- Supporting marketing efforts and maintaining a positive leasing office presence
- Adhering to Fair Housing laws and company policies at all times

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Prior leasing, property management, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
- Experience with property management software (such as Entrata) is a plus
- Willingness to learn systems and processes
- Ability to pass a background check consistent with applicable laws
