Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in The Colony, TX. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and executing sales strategies. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align strategies. The Sales Manager will also oversee outreach efforts to corporate clients, plan and execute group events, and deliver consultative presentations to showcase offerings at Fritz's Adventure.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Ability to develop consultative relationships with expertise in relationship building and client retention
- Event Planning and Coordination skills, with experience organizing group outings, corporate events, or team-building activities
- Proven leadership abilities, including team collaboration and cross-functional communication
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Previous experience in sales or customer engagement in a hospitality, event planning, or entertainment industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
