Party Coordinator

Fritz’s Adventure is now hiring a Party Host for our location in The Colony, Texas. Fritz’s is an experiential adventure park that brings people together through discovery, challenge and play. We offer two million cubic feet of attractions including zip lines, mazes, tunnels, ropes course, playgrounds and more.

The Party Host is the ultimate vibe-setter for celebrations. Their mission is to connect with Guests, keep the fun flowing, and deliver service that’s friendly, attentive, upbeat, and full of personality. This role is key in creating unforgettable moments by being engaging, knowledgeable, and ready to celebrate right alongside the party crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Event Hosting

• Set up party areas for events, including utensils, plateware, decorations, and other décor.
• Serve as the main point of contact for party Guests, ensuring a fun and seamless experience.
• Ensure the Birthday Child is treated as the guest of honor.
• Promote the entertainment options of the venue and enhance the overall Guest experience

Food & Beverage Service

• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Ensure all food and beverages meet exceptional standards of quality and freshness.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and menu offerings, including new items and specials.

Operations & Service Standards

• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts promptly.
• Continue to follow service guidelines during busy or high-energy periods.
• Complete all assigned side work, including ongoing and specific cleaning tasks.
• Take appropriate action to resolve Guest concerns and ensure satisfaction through follow-up.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition and report issues to Management immediately.
• Report all safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable leading children and maintaining order in a fun environment
• Strong customer service skills; experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Basic math and computer skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform high-quality work independently
• Strong social awareness and ability to assess Guest satisfaction
• Excellent time management and task prioritization skills

Schedule & Environment:

• Part-time position; $17.00/hour
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and some weekday evenings
• Fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on Guest interaction and entertainment

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to 8-hour shifts
• Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English
• Must have close and distant vision
• Frequent walking, standing, and movement in tight spaces
• Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Continual use of manual dexterity and motor skills
• Ability to reach, kneel, and stoop repeatedly
