Fritz Bricks is looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team in Fenton, MI.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and questions
- Process sales and transactions accurately
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory
- Stock and merchandise products
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
- Assist with online orders and fulfillment as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Follow store procedures and help support daily store operations
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed
- Perform other duties as needed to support the store
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, sales, inventory, or similar experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
- Able to multitask in a busy retail environment
- LEGO knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Full-time position. Store hours are Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM-8:00 PM. Weekend availability is required, with employees participating in a rotating weekend schedule. Specific shifts will be determined based on business needs.
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
