Work Environment and Schedule * The facility operates 24/7—flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays is required * The position involves physical labor, including extended periods of standing and walking * Work may include tasks at elevated heights or in conditions with extreme temperatures, loud noise, and high humidity
Required Skills and Experience * Minimum age of 18 years * Ability to repeatedly lift between 15 and 50 pounds with or without accommodation * Comfortable with long periods of physical activity, including walking, bending, climbing, and kneeling * Physically capable of repetitive tasks involving pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying * Willing to work in varying warehouse conditions, including wet floors and changing temperature or noise levels
