We run 24/7. That means non-traditional schedules, weekend and holiday coverage, and a role that keeps you on your feet the whole shift. It’s active, hands-on work in a dynamic, automated setting.

You’ll start as a GES Picker/Loader, and from there, we’ll invest in your growth. This role can open doors across FritoLay and our parent company, PepsiCo.
What a day can look like
- Keep label/print machines humming—spot issues early and clear jams fast.
- Run the auto case erector (ACE) to build precise, sturdy cases.
- Manage Empty Carton Recycle: sort, organize, and feed usable cartons back into the GES system.
- Handle carts with care—stage, store, and secure them in the warehouse and in trailers.
- Use required technology to pick the right product for every order.
- Load trailers using carts or by stacking cases directly on trailer floors.
- Distribute product and assist with weekly inventory counts.
- Tackle housekeeping and sanitation tasks—sweep floors, clean trailers, take out trash, and more.

What you’ll bring
- 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts.
- Comfort lifting 15–50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Stamina to stand and walk for long periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Flexibility to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Strength to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Readiness to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
- Ability to work in areas with extreme temperatures, humidity, loud/hazardous equipment, and slippery surfaces.
