Role and Responsibilities * Safely operate a forklift after completing in-house training and receiving certification * Load and unload product pallets from trailers efficiently * Organize and store goods in high-level warehouse racking systems * Utilize handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems for inventory tracking * Accurately select product cases based on order requirements using provided technology * Assist with facility cleanliness through tasks like sweeping, trash collection, and trailer sanitation
Work Environment and Schedule * This facility runs around the clock, so candidates must be open to working nights, weekends, and holidays * This is a physically demanding position requiring prolonged standing and movement in various conditions * May involve working at elevated heights and in areas with high temperatures, noise levels, or humidity
Required Skills and Experience * Must be at least 18 years old * Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations * Comfortable with physical activities like standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, and kneeling for long durations * Capable of performing repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying tasks * Willingness to work in challenging environments, including slippery surfaces and extreme temperature or noise fluctuations
