This hands-on, physical role supports warehouse operations by managing the movement and handling of goods. As a Distribution Specialist, you'll help maintain efficient workflows and a clean, safe work environment. Responsibilities include: * Loading and unloading product cases and pallets from trailers * Accurately picking items according to orders using warehouse technology * Operating forklifts and other industrial equipment safely (certification and training provided) * Stacking cases directly onto trailer floors or loading with carts * Performing routine cleaning and sanitation to ensure facility standards are met

Required Skills And Experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and various shifts
- Physically able to lift 15–50 pounds, with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Comfortable with bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and stretching for long periods
- Able to perform repetitive physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing
- Willingness to work at heights using ladders or mechanical lifts
- Able to work in environments with varying temperatures, loud noise, and slippery or humid conditions
