What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Fristensky Law, PLLC?
I'm a private practice trial attorney in Onslow County, NC. Business has been good, so I'm looking for an associate to join my team.
Domestic litigation experience is not necessary, as I will mentor and train you.
You will need the ability to think fast and advocate for your clients in a trial setting. That is not something that is taught. Key attributes include charisma, common sense, and abstract problem solving. You either have that ability, or you do not.
My team and I will help you get to trial, build your trial binders, and manage the clients.
We are not a fancy firm with beautiful mahogany floors and leather sofas. We occupy an old bank building that has been converted into office space. We are a ragtag team of professionals known for the quality of our customer service and trial advocacy.
You will have your own desk and assigned paralegals to assist. I engage in profit sharing on profitable months. That pay may seem low, but each month there is the potential for bonus pay. I also offer onsite paid mental health counseling. Other than that, there are no benefits (yet).
