The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our Detroit team. In this patient-facing role, you will be the face of Friska.ai at our partner physician offices, directly guiding patients through the onboarding process for our innovative health programs. Your ability to connect with people, explain benefits clearly, and create a welcoming experience will be key to helping patients adopt technology that supports their health journey.
This is an ideal role for someone with hands-on experience in a medical practice who enjoys working directly with patients and wants to grow with an innovative health tech company.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with patients in-clinic to introduce and explain FriskaAi’s programs and benefits.
- Guide patients smoothly through the enrollment and onboarding process.
- Build trust and rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain accurate and timely enrollment records within the FriskaAi platform.
- Collaborate closely with clinic staff and our clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Provide feedback to help improve our enrollment workflows and patient materials.
- Support patient follow-up and education to encourage ongoing participation.
Who You Are
- You have 2 years of experience working in a physician’s office, clinic, or healthcare setting (patient registration, scheduling, intake, or front-office roles preferred).
- You are an excellent communicator who can explain concepts clearly and compassionately.
- You are comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a positive, proactive attitude and genuinely enjoy helping people.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy practices is a plus.
