What You’ll Do
- Lead landscape installation crews on-site
- Build patios, retaining walls, plantings & drainage systems
- Operate skid steers and construction equipment
- Keep projects on schedule and up to quality standards
- Communicate with project managers and clients
What You Need
- 3–5 years landscape construction experience
- Crew leadership experience
- Ability to read landscape plans
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- Equipment operation experience
