What You’ll Do
- Process and enter accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Create purchase orders in Aspire and QuickBooks
- Audit vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Manage and monitor the AP inbox
- Obtain approvals for non-PO invoices
- Reconcile online payments and daily retail accounting
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed
- Support month-end close activities
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure timely invoice processing
- Prepare cash-on-delivery freight payments

- 98% invoice accuracy
- Invoice entry completed within 48 hours of product receipt
- Purchase orders created within one business day
- Strong support of month-end close deadlines
- Organized, accurate, and reliable financial documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Experience with Aspire is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Salary : $35,011 - $45,453
