Job Overview:

Frisco Kava Bar is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Temporary Non-Alcoholic Bartender to join our team. As a Kavatender, you will interact directly with customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience while promoting the Kava Bar through various digital channels.

This is a temporary position lasting 30-45 days, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Sales Associate Duties:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information on Kava products, their benefits, and menu options
• Educate guests on kava, kratom, and other wellness products
• Prepare and serve high-quality kava drinks while developing innovative, wellness-focused mocktail recipes
• Point of Sale (POS) Transactions: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of kava offerings, including preparation methods and their health benefits
• Inventory & Stocking: Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure the bar area is well stocked and organized
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the Kava Bar space is clean, inviting, and up to health standards, both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, ensure satisfaction, and create a welcoming, relaxing environment
• Content Creation: Create engaging social media content for social media (photos, videos, graphics, and captions) that reflects the Frisco Kava Bar brand and resonates with our community
• Community Engagement: Respond to customer comments and messages on social media in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Promotions & Events: Coordinate and facilitate in store events like: Karaoke night, Open Mic night, DJ night and other events
• Collaborations & Partnerships: Assist in coordinating collaborations with local businesses and influencers to increase visibility and brand awareness

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Some college education preferred)
• Experience: Previous retail and customer service experience required. Knowledge of holistic wellness products and social media experience is a plus but not required
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong social media presence with knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for wellness and healthy lifestyle is highly preferred
• Personality: Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
