Position: Closing School Administrative Support
Location: Primrose School of Frisco at Independence
As a Closing Administrative Support team member, you will engage with families in a meaningful and professional way while supporting daily front office operations. This role is essential in maintaining organization, communication, and high standards during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support front office operations and provide exceptional customer service to families
- Maintain janitorial supply inventory and organization
- Manage resource room organization and inventory
- Assist in classrooms as needed across all age groups
- Support Curriculum Directors with classroom needs
- Complete weekly filing and reporting tasks
- Respond to evening inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Ensure school standards are upheld during closing hours
- Assist with maintaining teacher schedules in the evenings
- Drive our Transportation vans for pick ups as well as camp trips
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a licensed childcare setting (Texas)
- Must be minimum of 21 years old
- Flexibility to work with children ages 7 weeks to 12 years
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and organizational skills
