The Friona Industries' Administrative Assistant will be a team player who is self-motivated, detailed oriented, with strong organizational skills. The successful individual will be results driven, able to multi-task, and able to thrive in a quick paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Weighing of inbound/outbound silage trucks.
- Grade silage and run moisture tests.
- Communicate and work with customers and stakeholders to support the needs of the feedyard.
- Provide courteous and responsive customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma / GED
- Commodities and agricultural experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, multi-tasking,detailed and accurate record keeping is required. Customer contact skills are necessary as well as some basic administrative experience. Experience operating scales preferred.
