We are hiring a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher who wants more than just a job.
This is a growth position into Office Manager for someone who wants to help build a company from the ground up.
You will be directly involved in:
- Dispatching
- Customer service
- Marketing support
- Business operations

Key Responsibilities (really Keywords Included)
- Dispatch HVAC technicians using ServiceTitan software
- Answer inbound calls and convert leads into booked appointments
- Schedule service calls and optimize technician routes
- Manage customer communication (phone, text, email)
- Follow up on estimates, unsold leads, and maintenance agreements
- Maintain CRM accuracy and job tracking in ServiceTitan
- Support HVAC marketing efforts (social media, review requests, follow-ups)
- Assist with office operations, reporting, and process building

Requirements
- Experience in customer service, dispatching, or call center
