Responsibilities
Assist the Director in client management, including the development of a positive, on-going relationship with the client
Handle all enrollment paperwork for the client company
Manage the open enrollment process for all assigned clients to ensure employees are properly enrolled.
Ensure all compliance items are properly prepared and filed
Mantain the Agency Management System with all required data and pulling reports as needed.
Participate in all operation team meetings

Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and adhere to customer requirements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
High level of comfort with technology
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
