Frilot LLC, a respected mid-sized law firm located in downtown New Orleans, is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing Labor & Employment Practice Group.
Top candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Active membership and good standing with the Louisiana State Bar (required)
- 4 years of litigation experience
- Background or interest in labor and employment law (preferred)
- Experience drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, and developing case strategy
- Strong analytical, research, and written/verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
