Role Description
Owner retiring, this position is for the right person to take over all operations of a 3-4 person appraisal firm. This is a full/ art-time on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Appraiser located in Leominster, MA. The Residential Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for inspecting residential properties, analyzing and interpreting market data, and preparing detailed appraisal reports. The appraiser will ensure compliance with USPAP and other regulatory requirements while providing accurate and timely property valuations.
Qualifications
- Real Estate Appraisal and Residential Real Estate experience
- Knowledge of USPAP and Appraising
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser license is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
