Parts Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quality.

• Stock parts in the appropriate warehouse locations, maintaining proper labeling and organization.

• Pull parts orders for technicians, sales staff, and other departments as needed.

• Package and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery or transfer.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks.

• Assist with tracking and managing returns, cores, and warranty parts.

• Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, safe, and organized.

• Support the parts counter team during peak times by helping locate and deliver needed items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience preferred; automotive parts knowledge a plus.

• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained.

• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
