We’re hiring a full-time evening Resident Assistant to join our Health Services Department. In this role, you’ll support older adults with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and meals—always with respect, kindness, and a focus on honoring their independence and choices.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping residents with personal care (eating, grooming, bathing, dressing)

Supporting a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment

Building real relationships and making someone's day, every day
Schedule & Pay:

Evening Shift: 2:15pm – 10:30 pm

Schedule: Weekends Required

Sunday - Thursday (4 positions available)

Starting Pay: $17.00–$18.30/hr. (DOE)

Shift Differential: $2.00/hr. for evening shift

Full-Time Position with Benefits
✅ What You Need:

Be at least 18 years old

A heart for helping others
-
minimum 6 months continuous caregiving experience

Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team

CPR/ 1st Aid certified a plus!
