Available Openings
- Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Rotating Weekends Required
- Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and production schedules
- Ensure food is prepared, plated, and presented according to quality standards
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Properly store, label, and rotate food products
- Assist with meal preparation, special events, and catering as needed
- Monitor food quality, temperatures, and portion sizes
- Collaborate with the Culinary Services team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for residents
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or institutional setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
