We are seeking a dependable, safety focused individual to join our team. This position preforming general maintenance; transportation services for our residents; and security throughout our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to appointments, activities, and other scheduled destinations.
• Provide courteous and respectful assistance to residents.
• Perform general maintenance duties, including repairs, basic troubleshooting, furniture moving, and upkeep of the building and grounds.
• Conduct routine security checks of the property & monitor for safety/security concerns.
• Assist with emergency situations and follow established safety and security procedures.

Working Hours: Hours may vary but typically 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday to Friday with rotating weekend and holiday coverage. Our facilities are open 365 days a year, so candidates must be flexible and willing to work any hours including weekends or holidays on an on-call basis as needed, especially with inclement weather.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age
• Must have Transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Prior maintenance experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather.
• Frequent need to stand, stop, walk, and lift heavy objects
