Friendship Village is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Dining Team. You will provide prompt, efficient, courteous and reliable service in a fast-paced environment that will promote goodwill among our Friendship Village community.
In this role you will:
- Greeting and seat residents and guests as they arrive
- Manager reservations and organize seating plans to balance server workload
- Provide updates to customers on wait times and ensure
- Assist with providing work direction to Dining Associates (servers)
To be successful you need:
- 2 years of hospitality or customer service experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organization and
- A passion and drive to provide exceptional service
- Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, Flu vaccinated and TB test.
