Friendship Village is looking for an Activities Coordinator to plan and implement a wide variety of activities for our skilled residents ranging from games, crafts, speakers, movies, and everything in between. We are looking for an individual who is seeking a rewarding career through helping our seniors improve their quality of life by promoting socialization, expanding personal interests, and making a difference in their lives. As an Activities Coordinator you create the fun and adventure for our residents ensuring they have engaging activities available that they can't wait to attend.
Successful candidates will be extremely creative, an excellent communicator, and enjoy working with older adults. Candidates must be organized, self-motivated and have a drive for excellence.

Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry checks, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in event / activities planning, preferred
- Associates degree or higher, preferred
- Prior experience working with seniors
