Position Purpose
The front desk receptionist will greet our residents customers and perform various clerical tasks. This person will be the first point of contact for our business. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist customers.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The Receptionist will…
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Treats all residents with dignity and respect. Promotes and protects all residents’ rights.
- Assist residents with transactions as needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintains a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Treats all residents with dignity and respect. Promotes and protects all residents’ rights.
Establishes a culture of compliance by adhering to all facility policies and procedures. Complies with standards of business conduct, and state/federal regulations and guidelines.
Must be able to have regular and predictable attendance.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, perform overhead lifting and perform other common physical movements as needed for the position.
