Case Manager

Friendship Diversion Services is seeking a Case Manager to supervise and monitor court-ordered individuals participating in court monitoring programs. This position requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients, court personnel, and community agencies.

This position also requires the collection of observed male urinalysis (UA) samples. Therefore, only male applicants will be considered for this position based on a bona fide occupational qualification (BFOQ), where permitted by applicable law.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Case manage and supervise court-ordered individuals participating in Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM).
  • Install, maintain, and remove SCRAM bracelets for court-ordered participants.
  • Conduct observed urinalysis (UA) collections for male clients.
  • Read and interpret multi-panel drug test cup results.
  • Schedule and track required urinalysis testing.
  • Monitor laboratory confirmation results and maintain accurate records.
  • Enroll new participants referred to by the court.
  • Prepare and submit notices, reports, and declarations to the courts and other authorized parties.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all client interactions and case activities.
  • Communicate professionally with courts, attorneys, treatment providers, and other agencies.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education in criminal justice, social services, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with case management, court monitoring, urinalysis collection, or SCRAM monitoring is preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and email.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and populations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience conducting observed urinalysis collections.
  • Experience working with court-ordered populations or within the criminal justice system.
  • Knowledge of SCRAM monitoring or electronic monitoring systems is preferred, but we will train and provide education for SCRAM and data interpretation.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,250.00 per month
